Watermelon and Cream Power Protein Shake
Try a healthier twist on the typical fruit & cream shake that you get at your local fast-food drive through, with the addition of fresh watermelon, mint, and whey protein powder. This delicious meal replacement shake is topped with reduced fat cool whip, great as a post workout snack or even breakfast shake, on the run.
Recipe
- Place all ingredients into your blender (minus the cool whip topping). 
- Pulsate, until blended. 
- Taste and adjust natural sweetness as you desire, by adding a tsp of natural honey. 
- Pulsate once again, until combined. 
- Pour into glass, topping with a dollop of cool whip. Enjoy!

- 4 ounces of fresh seedless watermelon chunks 
- 1 serving of flavorless whey protein powder 
- 1/2c of unsweetened almond milk 
- 2 fresh mint leaves 
- 5 ice cubes 
- Thawed reduced fat Cool Whip topping 
- optional: tsp of natural honey
