Stuffed Crust Pizza and Spaghetti Calzone

This pizza has a savory garlic butter crust which is also stuffed with gooey mozzarella cheese. Also topped with an assortment of meats and cheeses, the other half of the pizza is a calzone, stuffed with spaghetti and meatballs! Now that's what I call a pizza pie!

Recipe

  1. Grease your pizza pan.

  2. Press out dough and place on the greased pan.

  3. Add mozzarella cheese sticks to edge of crust, folding crust directly over to cover cheese sticks.

  4. Add marinara sauce.

  5. Place COOKED spaghetti and meatballs on one side of the dough. Top with mozzarella. Fold the dough over the pasta to close the calzone, pinching the dough to stay in place.

  6. Add cheese and pepperoni to the opposite side of the pie.

  7. Melt butter. Mix in garlic, parmesan, oregano.

  8. Brush melted butter onto the crust and the top of the calzone.

  9. Bake for roughly 25 minutes or until almost fully cooked. Take out and shake on parmesan and oregano. Bake for 5-10 more minutes or until golden brown.

  10. Serve!

Ingredients

  • 1 Portion of Spaghetti & Meatballs (cooked)

  • 1 Portion of Pizza dough

  • 1 cup of Marinara Sauce

  • 1 1/2 Cup Low Moisture Part Skim Shredded Mozzarella

  • 15-20 Pepperonis

  • 15-20 Smaller size meatballs or another topping of your choice

  • Pack of Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

  • For Crust: Butter, garlic, parmesan, oregano
