Salsa Roja

Recipe
  1. Place all items in a food processor.

    Pulsate, until finely chopped.

  2. Adjust salt, to your liking.

Ingredients
  • 1 yellow onion, diced

  • 1 Can of Original flavor Rotel tomatoes

    and green chilis

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 jalapeno

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • Handful of fresh cilantro

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 tsp of chili powder

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 tsp of cumin powder

  • Salt
