Peanut Butter Brownie Clouds

Indulge in the irresistible combination of a fudgy brownie infused with decadent chocolate chips, generously topped with a velvety layer of creamy peanut butter. As if that wasn't enough, this delectable treat is crowned with perfectly toasted marshmallows, creating a symphony of flavors that will transport your taste buds to pure bliss.

Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 325. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Note: Lining the baking dish with parchment paper will aid in removing the brownies easier from the pan.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, sea salt, and powder sugar together.

  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract together.

  4. Next, add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl containing the wet ingredients. Stir until combined.

  5. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.

  6. Pour the prepared batter into the 8x8 baking pan (the batter will be thick but that is to be expected). Smooth the batter evenly with a baking spatula or the back of a large spoon.

  7. Bake for 40-48 minutes or until you can insert a toothpick and it comes out clean. Note: Check the brownies every 2 minutes past 40.

  8. Once done baking, let the brownies rest for 15 minutes, before slicing.

  9. Immediately before serving brownies, take slices of brownies and place on sheet pan.

  10. Set oven temperature to broil.

  11. On top of brownies, smooth a layer of creamy honey peanut butter - honey and chocolate pairs beautifully!

  12. Next, add a second layer of mini marshmallows.

  13. Place brownies back in oven, until marshmallows are slightly toasted.

  14. Serve and wait for the smiles!
