Peanut Butter Brownie Clouds
Indulge in the irresistible combination of a fudgy brownie infused with decadent chocolate chips, generously topped with a velvety layer of creamy peanut butter. As if that wasn't enough, this delectable treat is crowned with perfectly toasted marshmallows, creating a symphony of flavors that will transport your taste buds to pure bliss.




Recipe
- Preheat oven to 325. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Note: Lining the baking dish with parchment paper will aid in removing the brownies easier from the pan. 
- In a mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, sea salt, and powder sugar together. 
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract together. 
- Next, add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl containing the wet ingredients. Stir until combined. 
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips. 
- Pour the prepared batter into the 8x8 baking pan (the batter will be thick but that is to be expected). Smooth the batter evenly with a baking spatula or the back of a large spoon. 
- Bake for 40-48 minutes or until you can insert a toothpick and it comes out clean. Note: Check the brownies every 2 minutes past 40. 
- Once done baking, let the brownies rest for 15 minutes, before slicing. 
- Immediately before serving brownies, take slices of brownies and place on sheet pan. 
- Set oven temperature to broil. 
- On top of brownies, smooth a layer of creamy honey peanut butter - honey and chocolate pairs beautifully! 
- Next, add a second layer of mini marshmallows. 
- Place brownies back in oven, until marshmallows are slightly toasted. 
- Serve and wait for the smiles!
