Drew honors his role as a father, husband, business professional, and graduate student. His culinary journey began as a 12 year old, making burgers in the kitchen and then under the open sky as a teen, where the sizzle of the grill and the rich aroma of smoke sparked a lifelong passion.

Over the years, Drew's passion for barbecue blossomed into a regal command of the smoker, earning him the cherished title of BBQ king among friends and family. But Drew's culinary curiosity didn't stop at the grill. Eager to expand his skills and knowledge, he delved into the world of French cuisine, mastering sophisticated techniques such as sous vide, poaching, and deep frying. He found that these methods allowed him to elevate his cooking, bringing a new level of precision and artistry to his dishes.

Rachel Chandlee

Rachel balances the roles of being a mother, wife, business professional, and graduate student with grace and dedication. Despite her dynamic lifestyle, she maintains a deep passion for cooking and recipe creation. Her culinary curiosity began at the age of 10 in the warm kitchen of her grandparent's home in Chattanooga, TN. Surrounded by the worn pages of old cookbooks, PBS cooking shows, and the enticing aroma of home-cooked meals prepared for large family gatherings by her grandfather, a former Naval chef, Rachel discovered the magic of creating dishes which speak to the heart and soul.

Rachel's prior professional background was spent several years within the restaurant industry, encompassing roles within high-volume kitchen environments to front-of-house management in both fine dining and commercial establishments, known for their global presence. Rachel's culinary expertise extends to food and beverage pairings with a rich emphasis on crafting authentic Asian, French, and Italian cuisine, as well as the art of pastry creation. Every dish she develops is a heartfelt expression of her love for cooking and her deep connection to the culinary traditions she cherishes.
